Emma and Mike went on their date later that night and then headed back to Jay's house. Mike looked up at the house then back over at her with a confused look on his face. "It’s a long story," Emma replied laughing and he gripped her hand lightly.

"I'd like to hear it sometime," Mike said kissing her hand and she slightly blushed. "Let me walk you to the door," he said getting out of the car and then helping her out as well. They got to the door, remaining silent for a few minutes and he gave her a small kiss on the lips.

"I had a great time," Emma said with a smile on her face and he started to walk away. "Hey!" She said pulling him back into a passionate kiss and they made out on the porch for awhile.

"I'll call you," Mike said kissing her hand lightly and then walked back to his car. Emma sighed with content before heading into the house and found her roommate Jay Hogart sitting on the couch.

"Where have you been?" Jay asked standing up from the couch and she took off her jacket.

"Out 'dad'," Emma said slightly laughing at him and he grabbed her arm.

"Chris could have been out there," Jay replied. "You need to tell me where you are at all times," he said in a firm voice and she snatched her arm away from him. Emma put down her purse, keys and then undid her hair slowly.

"I don't need to tell you anything beside I was in good hands," Emma said with a smirk on her face. Jay watched her go into the bedroom and he had a glare in his eyes. He wanted Emma to spend time with him not other guys but he did tell her he wanted an open relationship.

Jay was lying down in his bed later that night half asleep when he heard the door open. Emma crawled into bed with him and he turned over on his back to look at her. "What?" Jay asked in a stern voice and she lay down onto his chest.

"You’re not mad at me are you Jay?" Emma asked running her finger along his chest and he sighed deeply.

"I just worry okay," Jay replied causing her to nod. Emma gave him a soft kiss on the lips and then cuddled up against him. They went to sleep in each others arms and had huge smile on their faces. No matter how angry they could get at each other it wouldn't stay for that long.

"Wake up," Emma said slamming a pillow in his face and he glared up at her. "Come on we have to get to school," she said grabbing onto his arm but he wrapped it around his face and moved her so that he was on top of her. "Hey!" She yelled laughing at him.

"Hey!" Jay said with a smirk on his face and began to attack her neck with tickling kisses. "Mmmm you smell good," he said rubbing his nose on her cheek and she pushed him away little. "Come on," he said reaching out of her as she got out of the bed.

Emma, Ellie, Alex, and Amy sat in the Caf during lunch talking about Emma's date last night with Mike. "He was such a gentlemen," she said with a smile on her face. "He’s supposed to call me later today," she said taking a bite of her food.

"What about things with you and Jay?" Amy asked looking over at her and she sighed deeply.

"I don't know," Emma replied. "I mean there are times when I hate him but then we like make out and I totally forget why I was mad," she said in a frustrated voice causing Alex's to laugh at her. "What?" She asked looking over at him.

"That's Jay for you; it’s part of his charm," Alex said with a smile on her face.

"Yeah well I hate it," Emma said slightly laughing and felt two arms go around her.

"Hate what?" Jay asked into her ear and she smiled slightly.

"You," Emma replied.

"Ouch," Jay said acting hurt and sat down next to her. "What are we going do tonight?" He asked in a low voice.

"I'm going to Craig's party," Emma replied in a low voice. "They're playing and he wants my opinion," she said shrugging her shoulders. "Then I’m going to the skate park with Spin, Toby and JT, then I’ll be back at the house," she said with a smile on her face.

"Sounds fun," Amy said.

"You guys can come if you want," Emma replied. "I know it’s not usually the type of people you hang out with me but it should be cool," she said in a low voice and felt something hit the back of her head. "Oww!!!" Emma said turning to see JT laughing. "Excuse me," she said getting up.

"Don't kill him!" Sean yelled watching the two run out of the lunchroom. "She's gonna kill him," he said shaking his head slightly.

"Yep," Jay replied nodding his head and Craig walked over to the lunch table.

"What happened?" Craig asked motioning to the area the two ran out of.

"Oh JT threw something at Emma she got pissed and now he is dead," Alex said with a smirk on her face.

"Just like old times," Craig said with a smile. "You guys coming to the party I’m sure Emma mentioned it to you," he said in a low voice.

"I'll come," Alex said taking a bite of her food.

"I'm glad," Craig said smiling over at her and she slightly blushed. "Later," he said moving away from them to talk to some other people.

"Alex's gotta crush," Towrz said in a cocky tone only to be smacked on the arm. "Shit," he said holding onto his arm. At the party that night everyone was having a good time and Alex was talking with Craig.

"Look do you maybe want to catch a movie after this?" Craig asked in a soft voice and she smiled at him.

"I'd love to," Alex said softly and kissed him on the cheek. "Now go play some music," she said pushing him away. Emma was talking with a few guys from the skate park and one was whispering in her ear. Jay walked over to them feeling a little bit jealous and pushed them away.

"Jealous?" Emma asked causing him to snicker.

"No," Jay said pulling her into a slow kiss and a slow song began to play. "Dance with me," he said leading her to the middle of the dance floor and wrapped his arm around her.

"Any girls catch your attention?" Emma asked moving with him to the music.

"Only one," Jay said moving a strand of her hair behind her head. "When is Mike coming?" He asked with a look on his face.

"He's going to be at the skate park later tonight," Emma replied with a smile.

"Why are you with him?" Jay asked with an angry look in his eyes.

"Cause I like him," Emma replied. "He makes me happy," she said in a low voice.

"What about me?" Jay asked pulling away from her and she looked down.

"I thought we agreed this wasn't going to get serious," Emma replied only to have him walk away from her. "Great," she said running her hands through her hair and headed out of the house.

They were all at the skate park around twelve and Jay saw her talking with Mike. 'Fine if she wants to talk with other guys I can talk with other girls lets see who can play the game better,' he thought to himself. Emma looked over to see Jay talking to another girl and excused herself for a minute going over to them. "Hey," Emma said softly. "Can we talk for a minute?" She asked causing him to glare at her.

"I'm kind of busy," Jay replied harshly. "Now run along treehugger," he said motioning with his hand and she walked away. Jay looked down not believing he just said that to a girl he claimed to really care for. Mike followed her into a secluded part of the park and hugged her close.

"Forget him," Mike replied pulling her in a soft kiss and she pushed him away.

"I'm not in the mood," Emma replied moving away from him.

"Tough," a voice said causing her to freeze. "Thanks for getting her away Mike you've done good," Chris said walking out of the bushes.

"Just give me the money," Mike said in a firm voice and then he got paid. "See ya around," he said touching the side of her face. Chris pulled out a gun pointing it straight at her causing Mike to stop in his tracks. "Wait a minute," he said holding out his hand.

"Oh god," Emma said with tears coming down her face.

"You never told me anything about this you said you just wanted to have some fun," Mike replied. "I'm not going to have you kill her and then take me down with you," Mike said going over to him only to be shot dead.

"Oh," Emma said placing her hand over her mouth and looked over at him. "Stay away from me," she said trying to run but her grabbed her by the arm. "Please leave me alone," she said with tears on her face.

"I told you not to leave me," Chris said running the gun along her face.

"Hey!" Ellie yelled coming through the bushes and he shot her in the shoulder. She fell back against the tree, hitting her head on the bark and she passed out. Chris dragged Emma off into his car and decided to take her to his favorite spot.

Jay looked all over the place for Emma and then went over to Spinner who was with Paige. "Hey," Jay said pushing his shoulder. "Have you seen Greenpeace?" He asked in a low voice.

"She went off that way with some dude," Spinner said before going back and talking with his girlfriend. Jay walked over to the secluded area and found Ellie lying on the ground bleeding from the shoulder.

"Ellie," Jay said shaking her. "Wake up," he said shaking her again and she started to wake up.

"He's got here," Ellie said. "He took her away," she said before passing out and he saw Mike on the ground. Towrz came into the area with the others right behind him.

"Call the cops," Jay said in a firm voice and Sean rushed over to Ellie. "He's got her," he said causing Sean to look up at him.

Ellie had been rushed to the hospital so they could treat the gun \shot wound to her shoulder. Sean and Amy went with her to make sure she was not alone when she got out of surgery. Jay, Alex, and Towrz were talking with the cops about the events of that night. They put out an APB on the car that was seen driving away from the skate park with her and Chris inside. Jay ran his hands through his hair and Alex sat down next to him. "Hey," Alex said gripping his arms. "Everything will be okay she's a fighter," she replied.

"I should've seen it," Jay said. "But I was too caught up in making her jealous just like she made me i should've went with my gut instincts that guy was just too good to be true," he said shaking his head. "If he hurts her I’m going to make him pay," he said with a glare in his eyes.

"Let’s pray that he doesn’t and that she comes home to us," Alex said softly. "Come on they're going to take us to her house her parents are on their way home today," she said helping him up from the floor and headed to his car.

Chris kicked open the door to his hideout and slammed her down onto the floor. "Why are you doing this to me?" She asked looking up at him and he ran his hand across her face. He grabbed a handful of hair from the back of her head and kissed her fully on the lips.

"Because I can," Chris said getting up from the floor. "I'll be back," he said going out of the shack and locking her inside. Emma banged on the door as hard as she could hoping someone would hear her.

Spike, Snake, Jack had just arrived at the house along with Joey, Caitlin, Craig and Angie. "I can't believe she never told us!" Spike yelled in a frustrated tone and Jay said something under his breath. "Excuse me," she said looking over at her.

"I said maybe she couldn't," Jay said under his breath. "I mean no offense but you guys were so wrapped up in Mr. S' illness and the baby I bet you didn't even notice when she walked into the room or left the house," he said glaring at them.

"This is not our fault," Snake said glaring down at him.

"Who is it then?" Jay asked standing up. "Emma's!" He yelled into his teachers face.

"Of course not," Spike replied, "But how were we supposed to know this was going on?" She asked causing him to laugh slightly.

"Didn't you notice the sweatshirts she would wear on hot days?" Jay asked looking at them. "Or how she would flinch away from you when you'd raise your hand slightly?" He asked looking over at them. "Didn't think so," he replied walking out of the house.

"Jay!" Towrz yelled chasing after him down the street and turning him around. "Where are you going?" He asked firmly.

"To get a drink," Jay said heading for the car.

"So you’re just going to get drunk?" Towrz asked. "It won't change anything she'll still be gone once you sober up," he yelled out to him only to watch him drive away. Alex ran out of the house looking at her friend knowing that Jay was going to get drunk off his ass just to forget.

"Let’s get inside," Alex said grabbing his arm and leading him into the house.  Jay walked into a party later that night and a girl came walking to him with a drink in her hand. She handed it to him with a smile on her face and he reluctantly took the drink from her.

Three hours later both of them were totally wasted and headed up into a bedroom. "Hey!" A guy said shaking him awake causing him to sit up and placing his hand to his head. "You gotta leave the party is over," he said cleaning up the room.

"Where are my clothes?" Jay asked realizing that he was naked and wrapped the blanket around him.

"There and there," the young guy said pointing to random places in the room. "Your lady friend just left she wanted me to give you her number at least one of us got lucky," he said handing a slip of paper with a number on it to Jay.

"Yeah," Jay said looking down at the floor and getting dressed quickly. Towrz knocked on the door that afternoon of Jay's house and it slowly came open. "Hey," he said motioning him into the house.

"How are you feeling?" Towerz asked in a low voice and handed him a pill.

"Not so good," Jay replied sitting down on the couch.

"I hope you had a good time last night," Towerz said in a low voice causing his friend to roll his eyes.

"Don't start," Jay said standing up from the chair and Towerz followed him.

"Why not? I mean while you were out partying all of her friendd and her family were home worried," Towerz said firmly. "I mean I never thought that I'd be this worried about Greenpeace but I am she's my friend and the girl you claim to care so much about now quit feeling sorry for yourself and go get dressed so we can go back to the Simpson home," he said glaring into his eyes and he nodded his head slowly.

Jay and Towerz came into the house later that day heading over to the group of friend that were getting ready to go out on a search. They had on pins, shirts, and poster that all had Emma's face on it. "Hey," Alex said handing him a shirt and a button.

"Hey," Jay said looking down at her picture. "We're going to find her," he said gripping her shoulder and she hugged him. They headed back out the door within a few minutes and started the search.

Chris drove his car in front of the small shack and grabbed some things out of the trunk. "Hey," Chris said with an evil smile walking inside and she backed away from her. "Don't worry I’m not going to hurt you I brought you some food," he said tossing her a sandwich.

"Why?" Emma asked looking up at him. "I thought you were going to kill me," she said in a low voice and he smirked at her.

"I haven't decided yet," Chris replied. "But if your a good little girl maybe I’ll let you live," he said touching her face. Chris sat down on the small cot and she looked down.
